WaterFront – Marsala

The redevelopment project for the Marsala waterfront aims to enhance one of the most captivating coastal stretches in Sicily, creating a new urban space that blends landscape, tourism, and quality of life.

The design features an extensive panoramic promenade overlooking the sea, enriched with green areas, equipped spaces, and facilities for swimming and sports. Modern architectural elements and light timber structures harmoniously integrate with the natural surroundings, hosting kiosks, panoramic restaurants, areas for water sports, tennis courts, and relaxation zones.

Special attention has been given to accessibility and sustainability: the organic layout of the promenade encourages pedestrian and cycling mobility, while the use of durable materials and low environmental impact solutions ensures the preservation of the coastal ecosystem.

The new Marsala waterfront is set to become a vibrant tourist and recreational hub, strengthening the connection between the city and the sea, and offering a unique experience for both residents and visitors.
