Public Housing – Sicily

The public housing projects carried out in Carini, Porto Empedocle, and Trapani were developed using the IMS construction system (Industrialized Modular System), a prefabricated technology that combines rapid execution, high-quality standards, and structural durability.

Construction was carried out using precast reinforced concrete elements manufactured in a plant and subsequently assembled on-site. This method significantly reduced construction times while ensuring precision and uniformity in execution.

The IMS system made it possible to deliver cost-effective yet high-quality housing, featuring bright and well-distributed apartments with outdoor spaces and facilities supporting community life. The modularity of the system also offers ease of maintenance and the possibility of future reconfiguration of spaces.
