Conca d’Oro Shopping Centre
The project involved the structural and executive design of the new Conca d’Oro Shopping Centre, one of the most important commercial hubs in western Sicily, with a total surface area of over 55,000 m².
The load-bearing structure was built entirely with precast reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete elements, designed to ensure high performance in terms of strength and durability. The project included the development of optimised engineering solutions for large-span structures, integrated with connection and assembly systems capable of significantly reducing construction times.
The complex houses a hypermarket, a shopping gallery, dining and entertainment areas, parking facilities, and service areas, making it a modern and functional centre designed to meet the needs of a wide range of users.
