Executive design of prefabricated elements for LOMBARDA S.p.A. for the second IKEA shopping centre in Italy. The structure houses 165 retail units over a total surface area of 88,000 m². It is one of the first shopping centres in Italy to feature a low environmental impact and achieve Class A energy certification.
