O.ME.R. S.r.l. \u2013 Industrial Facilities in Via Angelo Russello and Via Don Luigi Sturzo, Carini (PA)<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n \n \n

Structural and executive design, redevelopment, safety coordination, and construction management of industrial buildings dedicated to mechanical processing and metal fabrication for O.ME.R. S.r.l., a leading company in the railway component manufacturing sector.<\/p>\n

In the production hub located in Via Angelo Russello, the project involved two industrial buildings:<\/p>\n

The first, a prefabricated reinforced and pre-stressed concrete structure of approximately 5,000 m\u00b2, includes a two-storey office block, technical rooms, an electrical substation, internal roads, parking areas, and landscaped green spaces.<\/p>\n

The second, built in steelwork, features a steel frame with insulated sandwich panel cladding and roofing, and houses sanitary facilities and a freight elevator.<\/p>\n

Both buildings are equipped with industrial foundations, provisions for overhead cranes, and complete technological systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection).<\/p>\n

In the production hub located in Via Don Luigi Sturzo, formerly the headquarters of ex-IMESI (Finmeccanica Group) and historically dedicated to the construction of railway carriages, the project involved the comprehensive refurbishment and renovation of four steel-framed industrial buildings, restoring full operational capacity to a strategically important industrial complex for the company\u2019s activities.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n
