Logistics Platform for Residential and Office Furniture \u2013 Carini (PA)<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n \n \n

Preliminary, detailed, and executive design, along with construction supervision, for the development of a modern logistics facility dedicated to the storage and distribution of furniture for residential and professional use. Commissioned by Edil Tre Costruzioni S.p.A., a construction company within the Mondo Convenienza group, the project is located in the industrial area of Carini, on a plot of over 25,000 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n

The core element of the project is a single-storey prefabricated reinforced and pre-stressed concrete warehouse, with a covered area of approximately 8,700 m\u00b2, topped with a 99 kW photovoltaic system.<\/p>\n

For the preliminary survey phase, aerial photogrammetry technology was employed using drones, with georeferencing based on Ground Control Points (GCPs). This allowed for the generation of a high-resolution orthophoto and a detailed 3D model of the area, both essential for altitude analysis and the precise definition of the foundation layout.<\/p>\n

Inside the warehouse, the facility includes an office block, changing rooms, storage areas, and restrooms, all designed according to energy efficiency and environmental comfort criteria. The internal flooring was constructed using post-tensioned slab technology, with no expansion joints, and finished with a quartz surface treatment.<\/p>\n

The project complies with the urban planning parameters of the P.R.A.S.I. and ensures high standards in terms of fire safety, energy sustainability, and logistical functionality.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n
